STIRCAT– STI Retrieval and Cataloging Assistance Tool – is a Quanterion-developed prototype aimed at enhancing the efficiency of Scientific and Technical Information (STI) processing workflows. Specifically, STIRCAT provides facilities that enable automated STI search and collection, user assisted metadata extraction and analysis, and assisted (cataloging) data entry submission.
