Reliability doesn’t happen by chance. It requires a combination of efforts throughout a product’s life-cycle to ensure that the reliability that is designed and manufactured into the system is realized over the product’s life in the field. Quanterion is well aware of the challenges of designing and fielding reliable products and systems, having seen a number of the potential pitfalls of a development process first-hand during our decades of experience with the former DoD Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC). We know how to identify the root cause(s) of failure that can plague a system and, better yet, the steps to identify and mitigate these flaws during the design stage, before they manifest themselves into failures.
