The Intro to Lean Six Sigma Enterprise course is to provide participants with an introduction to the foundational concepts of the Lean-Six Sigma philosophy and process. It will help participants successfully understand the organization of a Lean-Six Sigma program. Simulations on variations in such processes will be practiced.

Reliability Centered Maintenance covers a brief introduction to the concepts and terminology used in RCM, then expands into the detailed processes associated with RCM planning and analysis, RCM implementation/task packaging and RCM sustainment activities.
